Bellini (Pre dinner)
4 oz Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
1 oz peach puree ( use only fresh white peaches, peach juice or nectar are not 
a good subsitute)
Prepare peach puree blending a ripe white peach with 1 oz of sugar syrup and 
refrigerate until chilled. Pour 1oz of puree into a chilled champagne flute, 
top with Prosecco, stir gently before serving.

Americano (Pre dinner)
1 oz Campari
1/2 oz Martini Rosso
soda water
Build over ice in a Collins glass, top with soda water, garnish with an orange 
wheel.

Caruso (After dinner)
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1/2 oz creme de menthe
Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Fragolino (pre dinner)
1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz Campari
1 oz strawberry puree
Shake vodka ,Campari, strawberry puree and strain into a chilled  champagne 
flute
top with dry Italian sparkling wine .

That's Amore (after dinner)
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz blue curaçao
1/2 oz Limoncello
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Shake all ingredients, except blue curaçao, and strain into an ice filled rock 
glass, float over the back of a teaspoon the blue curaçao, garnish with a 
lemon spiral and a red cherry.

Negroni (pre dinner)
1 oz Gin
1 oz Campari 
1 oz Martini Rosso
Build over ice into a rocks glass, stir , garnish with an orange slice.

Frangelico Hot Shot
1 part Frangelico
1 part hot coffee ( preferibly espresso)
1 part cream
layer ingredients into a shot glass, dust with cocoa powder.
