I considder myself more as a mixologist than a bartender. This is because I
started mixing cocktails before I got behind a bar. At home I have more
liqueurs and liquor then were I work behind the bar now. I'm a parttime
bartender standing behind a bar only one or two nights a week, but al day I'm
thinking about new recipes using carrots, currypowder, pesto and more.
A friend of my recently proposed the term CJ; just like DiscJockey and
VideoJockey.
