A bit of a warning is that you must never purchase the alcohol.  You must only 
be performing the bartending services.  If you are in charge of alcohol you 
will most likely be breaking several laws in your state and would be pretty 
much fucked if anything would happen to anyone.

And yes, this waiver will not hold a stick in court.  You must understand 
"normal person law".  This would judge you and your attendees based on what a 
normal person would do.  Normal people consume alcohol elsewhere.  Basically 
the right to check ID's, right to pack up and leave (but not aleave you from 
assumed risk), and the such probably are good things to have though; things 
that protect you from being sued for providing bad service.  You should be 
getting a lawyer to do this anyhow if you plan on this being a major source of 
income or even something you are doing often.  I bet if you tried to get 
insurance you would find that your premium would be high because you would be 
assumed high risk.  Just something to think about!

This is America, where beyond the lotto, the easiest way to get rich is in the 
courtroom.
