Not really anything to add, just something to be aware of.

No contract can aleeviate you of liability for breaking the law.  For 
instance, many states gave "dram shop" laws which hold the server of alcohol 
at least partially responsible for the actions of their clients afterwards.  
If you state has these laws a contract saying you are not responsible will 
probably not keep you out of court on the matter.

Good luck with the freelance bartending.  It's something I've considered 
myself a few times.  Let me know how it works out.  Are you going to provide 
the alcohol, or will you only provide the services of a bartender.
