Just need some thoughts from you all out there. If I was doing some private
parties and sorts, what would I need to have on my waiver to keep me from
being liable for any bad stuff that could happen?

Here is what I have so far:
-Right to check photo I.D.
-Right to refuse service to anyone
-Not responsible for death/injury due to alcohol consumption
-Not responsible for stolen/damaged goods
-Not responsible for damaged property
-Right to abandon job if I feel in danger
-I am the only one that can serve alcohol on premises

If you all can think of anything else please let me know. Thanks.

James Z
