   Thank you for calling me a wealth of knowledge.  I'm truly honored by that 
distinction.  As for the Long Island Iced Tea, that's pretty much the way I've 
heard it.  
I actually gave a little history lesson last night while I was tending bar 
last night.  A woman comes up to me, and asks for a rum and coke, with a lime 
in it.
Being the showoff that I am, I said, "Ahhh, the old Cuba Libre."  She says, 
"Yup, but I can never say that.  Hmmm...I wonder how it got that name."  So I 
told her the story of how during Cuba's war for independence, their were some 
soldiers in a bar drinking bacardi and Coke, and one of them suggested that 
they toast Cuba's freedom, and so they toasted "Cuba Libre."  I love doing 
that.  She was impressed needless to say.  I really love doing that.
