There are a few brands of generic coconut flavored rum (this is what it would 
say on the bottle).  Another way to get around it is to put some unflavored 
generic rum and coco lopez cream of coconut together and mix them.  You will 
get about the same taste and can play with the strength of the coconut 
flavoring.
