1) Best bar to work in ? Restaurant, club, casino, party??

Nightclubs are generally best money, but you need to be fast and know alot.
Casinos good for experience, lots of drinks for servers -- experience
Restaurants can be good too - some have service bars, but you serve food too
at the main bar, which a lot of bartenders feel is a down side.

2) Best bartender school to get training for a person with average memory

Don't go to bartending school, learn drinks yourself, and look for on the job
training

3) Is it appropriate to approach my favorite bars and volunteer my time in

Labor laws and insurance restrictions will not allow you to volunteer your
time in a place like a restaurant. Except internships, usually have to be
arranged in a university environment

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
