If yo're working at a nightclub, you rpobably won't have measurements. You
usually get whatever the bartender thinks is right in the scene. At a
restaurant with specific recipes. It is just a matter of repetition. Make a
cheat sheet till you learn, but once you have done it a few times it will be
easy. Looking at a list of ingredients and measures may seem overwhelming,
but as you actually make each one it will be easier.
