What I do is wrap up the pop-guns and holders with rags soaked in 
clorox water.  Also, when you open in the morning, put a small glass 
with a bit of white vinegar in it near the flie infested areas.  The 
little bastards fly into it and get stuck or at least hover in or near
the glass so you can periodically get rid of them...
