I don't have any experience in this, but I also looked into bartending school
for a vocation during college. They all turned out to be out of my reach
finacially, but I found an online course for 50 bucks. That was a pretty good
deal for me. They say you are certified at the end of the course, they send
you a certification and all. www.becomeabartender.com It's from the
Bartending school of New York. Looks good so far. A general outline of
bartending first, then more in depth into drinks, how to mix, how to be a
professional at bartending, etc. It's a 90+ page manual you download. That's
all the info I have for you right now. I'm also interested in knowing about
the pros on this forum... did you go to school for it?

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
