The original caipirinha is made in a High Ball glass, witha hole lime cut in 
2, and removes de center (that white thing in the midle). You have to make 2 
cuts in each half. You put those 2 halfs in the glass, add sugar (like 2 
tbs)smashes all toghether, to take the juice, but not too strong to don't 
destroy the skin (it will make your drink bitter). After that you add the ice 
cubes and the cachaça (2 oz) get your glass insid the mixing tin and mix, so 
returns to the glass. That is the original caipirinha.
