There are a number of alcoholic Banana Blasts on the internet, but they do not
give the amounts.

Chocolate Banana Blast
Fresh banana, chocolate syrup and vanilla yogurt, blended with Malibu Rum.

Rainforest Cafe

...a yummy alcoholic concoction of banana, chocolate syrup, vanilla yogurt,
Malibu Rum, and Kahlua. It was topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Server
was nice enough to bring me a glass of ice water with my drink. However, the
price was $5.99! A bit steep.

I would try this recipe:

Banana Blast

1 ripe banana

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1/2 oz Chocolate syrup (can substitute creme de cacao)

1 oz Malibu Rum (if too strong use 1/2 oz)

1 oz Kahlua (if too strong use 1/2 oz)

Top with whip cream and a cherry

For a frozen version use a frozen banana or Add 4 ice cubes to a blender and
blend until smooth.
