Alcohol and the Law

In the state of Ohio: 

Legal age to consume alcohol - 21
Legal age to sell liquor across a bar  - 21 
Legal age to sell beer across a bar - 19 
Legal age to sell alcohol - 18
Legal age to serve alcohol - 19
Limit for driving while intoxicated - .10; under age 21 - .02

Maximum alcohol per drink - Not limited

Alcohol may be provided to a minor if provider is a parent, legal guardian, or 
spouse over the age of 21.

Valid ID's: Any state driver's license, Ohio ID card, Passport, Military ID 
(No law stating whether a false ID may or may not be seized by an 
establishment)
