Two versions of a Ferrari

Ferrari   
1 oz Amaretto   
2 oz Cinzano Dry   
Mix in old-fashioned glass with ice cubes and add a lemon twist.

2 oz. Vermouth 
1 oz. Amaretto 
Lemon twist 

Pour ingredients into a chilled highball glass with ice cubes, stir well and 
add lemon twist.

1 1/2 oz. Scotch
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Cream
Mix Scotch and Amaretto in an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Float cream 
on top.

2 oz. Scotch
1 oz. Amaretto
Mix Scotch and Amaretto in an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
3/4 oz. Amaretto
Pour in old-fashioned glass over ice

Italian Triple
    1/2 oz Amaretto
    1/2 oz Frangelico
    Fill glass(es) Heavy Cream (un-whipped)

Pour 1/2 ounce Amaretto, 1/2 ounce Frangelico into shot glass. Either pour 
cream slowly over the back of a spoon to layer on top of the liquor or mix 
cream thoroughly into the liquor. When unmixed, it gives a slightly alcoholic, 
warm/cool contrast. When mixed it is smooth, nutty, cool & creamy.

     1 oz Malibu rum
     1 oz Amaretto
     1/2 oz Pinapple Juice

Fill shaker with ice. Add all three. Strain into shot glass.

     1/2 oz Grenadine
     1/2 oz Bacardi 151
     1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
When pouring, use bar spoon as layering device.

Directions/Comments: Chill shot.

    1 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
Shake and strain, Sugar rim, flag for garnish (orange and cherry).

Amaretto on bottom, Crown on top. Very popular in my bar!!! Enjoy!

2 1/2 oz. Vodka 
1 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice 
1/2 oz. Galliano 
1/2 oz. Rose Water 
Shake well and serve in a cocktail glass. This is a home cocktail of 
American/Internet Bar del Pozzo, Pavia, Italy.

2 oz. Dry Sherry 
1 oz. Italian Sweet Vermouth 
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters 
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
