I work at a very nice country club in a shadey small city, so the people are
extra wealthy due to the low cost of living. Summer is golf golf golf, people
from everywhere.

I work in the "Alibi" room, the all male bar, no females allowed.

I find that I get about 10 an hour in tips that are on the membership.

I won't ahem mention that somehow I discover 20's 50's and quite often 100
dollar bills in my pockets. Damn birds always dropping shit... :) :)
However, that comes with knowing names, drinks, and serving with STYLE! And
knowing how to be sympathetic with such things as "oh life is terrible, my
wife and mistress are both mad at me".

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
