I do not know what proportions of Amaretto and Bailey's Irish cream the 
bartender used, but the drink is made with equal parts of Amaretto and Irish 
cream. It can be shaken and stained, layered without ice, layered over ice.  I 
would experiment with the amounts.  You may like more of one ingredient than 
the other.

1 1/4 oz Bailey's irish cream 
1 1/4 oz Amaretto 

Fill rocks glass with ice, add Amaretto and Baileys and serve with a stirrer.

Pour Bailey's Irish Cream into a glass and top with Amaretto. Damn tasty!
