I found some - at the Duty Free Shop at the border between Quebec and Vermont, 
on I-89. The Duty Free Shop is on the side of the road in the no-man's-land 
area just before you enter Vermont from Quebec. So I guess I still wasn't able 
to find it in the US, but it was close enough!
