I would take an existing recipe like the one below and add some black
raspberry liqueur and some banana liqueur.

Super Berry Smoothie - Dairy Free Recipe More Drinks Recipes Solutions
Adapted from Meals that Heal, A Nutraceutical Approach to Diet and Health, by
Lisa Turner.
In terms of cancer prevention through nutrition, whole fruits and vegetables
seem to offer the best defense.

Simple Solution:
The cancer risk for Americans who eat the recommended amounts (five servings)
of fruits and vegetables (especially dark green, leafy vegetables, and red,
orange, and yellow fruits and vegetables) on a daily basis is 50 to 70 percent
lower than for those who consume the least fruits and vegetables.

As this Super Berry Smoothie recipe shows, a healthy breakfast can be quick,
easy, low-fat and ideal for anyone on the go.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup vanilla soy milk
½ cup apple juice
1 cup blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree till smooth. Serve garnished with
berries or slices of banana.
