How many drinks can be served per 1.75 litres of hard liquor?

Well that's going to depend on how much alcohol you're putting in a drink.
Different areas/countries have different standards. Here in Canada, as well
as the United states I believe, a standard drink is 1 ounce (approx 30 ml).
But other countries have a 20 ml standard, others more, others less.
