don't be afraid to cut someone off or bar them.  i give the a break the
first time, everyone has a bad day.   the second time, it's out for
30 days.  on the third time, they are out at least for a year.  word
spreads fast and your words will calm a situation much more effectively.
watch your heavier drinkers more closely.   we have a few in here that
will hammer them and seem fine, the it's like someone threw a switch.
if you say something i.e. you're cut off, stick to it - don't be
intimidated or talked into changing your mind.  good luck.   janet
