You are most likely going to start in the trenches as a bar-back... lugging
cases and kegs... getting ice.... changing soda bags out... that kind of
thing. You will get a cut of the tips from the bartender... my advice is if
you go that way, be a sponge... when ever you can... watch and listen to your
bartender, ask questions when you are slow. ask if he can help you out, most
bartenders I have worked with will usualy help you out. any other questions...
