Subject: interviewing ettiquette ... ?

Hiya! Ok, this isn't about a bartending job, but its a general interviewing
technique question. I know its good to ask questions (well, I normally do
anyways) but I have never been graced with getting first, second, and third
interviews before, lol. I applied to the HorseShoe Casino out here, and my
first interview, although very general, went great. I meet with Chef Chris as
the lady called him, lol, in a week, for my second interview to become a cook
apprentice. My question is, does it look bad if I write down my questions and
refer to the paper if I can't remember what some of my questions are?? I want
to make sure I ask all of these questions and get their respective answers,
but I don't want to come off looking like a dolt or a dumbass to the guy that
interviews me, either. Thanks!
