You must be 21 in Indiana to handle any alcoholic beverage... that means bar
backing, bartnding, cocktailing, also serving drinks as a waiter/waitress --
someone else must run them if you are under 21.
even grocery store employees must have someone else ring up beer and wine.
You also must get an employee liquor license from the state ABC
