A Mayan Sacrifice is made of Tequila, Kahlua and Xcabentun, a very nasty 
sticky sweet liqueur, anise and honey...I think "Xcabentun"[?] is Mayan for 
"Let's Get The Fat Gringo Drunk And Laugh When He Makes An Fool Out of 
Himself!"...then you set the thing on fire and DRINK it, for goodness sake!
