I worked for Princess Cruises for over 3 years and i was introduced to a
Bushwacker for the first time in a bar at the top of the mountain in St John
I made it a priority to find out what was in it.....here you are:-
1 part Kahlua or Tia Maria or coffee liquer
1 part Amaretto or Hazlenut liquer
1 part bacardi or other light rum
1 part Baileys Irish Cream (sorry no substitute here)
8 parts light cream
so if you have 1/2 oz as your measure it is 1/2 oz of each liquer to 2oz of
cream
Pour into a blender with about 6-8oz of ice and blend until smooth
Hope this brings back happy memories of your cruise.
