No, you have to be atleast 18 to be a bartender (hence 18 years old to go to 
bartenders school)  You don't have to be 21 to be a bartender.  If your 18-20 
you can only mix alcohol and serve it, but can't drink it (go figure?!?) But 
you atleast have to be 18 years old to go to bartenders school and to work as 
one.
