We had Doc Otis on tap for a while this summer and I started serving it over ice with a shot of Chambord float. Very refreshing, in a wine-coolery kind of way. I called it a "Doc Holiday" because, with the purple floating in yellow, it kind of looked like something a Tuberculosis patient might cough up into the toilet. Of course, I never told the customers where the name came from. Try not to think about the name when you try it out. 8)
