Mixer,
The mixture is called bev-gas and it is a 70%nitrogen/30%Carbon Dioxide
mix. The small tanks, about ten pounds, cost $32.98 in Ca. It requires a
special tap (like Guiness). I have never tried it with regular beer, although
I believe it would become rather active.
