Here is a recipe for a cocktail called the the Esquire Cocktail, it was
created by Dick Bradsell (London Bar Guru), he used the drink for a previous
publications signature drink.

The Esquire Cocktail

1 1/2 shots Stoli Razberi
1 1/2 shots Stoli Blue (50% abv)
1/2 shot parfait amour (a liqueur made from crystalised violets)

stir all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. drop
in a blackberry to garnish.

Now my take on this cocktail, very uncharacteristically uses gin (gasp!). it
is basically a drink of substitutions:

The Plymouth Squire Cocktail

1 1/4 shots plymouth gin
1 1/2 shots plymouth Navy Strength Gin,
1/2 shot parfait armour
1/4 shot framboise liqueur

stir & strain into chilled cocktail glass. garnish with a blackberry.

Hope that helps!-)

George!
