I have made a drink using fire, but the name escapes me at the moment:(

Basically, you take a small Sherry Schooner, drop a few drops of Tabasco sauce
in the bottom(the more drops, the hotter the drink!) then top-up with a shot
of Drambuie, leaving a small gap on top. The Drambuie is then lit with match.

While the drink is alight, the drinker licks the palm of his/her hand and
places it firmly on top of the glass, thus creating a vacuum as the flame
burns off the alcohol and oxygen in the gap left. The glass will stick to the
hand(if you're feeling brave you may like to raise your hand/glass above the
bar to prove this), it will not burn the skin as the saliva will prevent this.

Once the glass has sufficiently warmed, remove from hand and knock straight
back.
Care:this drink 'WILL' burn on the way down as the Tabasco hits your throat=0

Happy drinking,
Chris.
