If you have a chef at your disposal, you might think about making them. I 
don't know your whole situation, but it is fun to think about this topic.  

There is a recipe for Chocolate guilded sugar cones on the web site I attached 
below. They are not exactly what you are looking for, but if you work on the 
size and coat the inside with the chocolate they should work. You could also 
make a chocolate base for them to stand on, even give them a white chocolate 
guilded rim if you like. You could even form them into something other than a 
funnel.

It seems that alot of speciality chocolate shops make an all chocolate liqueur 
cup. If you have a favorite chocolate shop in your area, I'm sure they will 
make you some.
