Here's one I came across:
1 bottle (750 ml) Johnny Walker Black Label
1 1/2 cups honey
2 tsp dried angelica root
1/4 tsp crushed fennel seeds
Two 2" strips of lemon peel
Combine and let sit for 24 hours, shaking every once in a while. Remove the
lemon peel. Now, let it sit for 2 weeks.
Sieve and filter. Now store in a cool place for 6 months. Filter again.
Voila!
But it's probably a lot less hassle and not much more expensive to buy some
Drambuie.
