one thing i learned recently is how to do a flaming lambourghini, big stylee,
so to speak....take a martini glass, layer in order:
1/3 shot grenadine, 1/3 shot galliano, 1/3 shot green chartreuse.
in a brandy glass, light 1/3 shot sambuca and pour into the martini. it lights
all the ingredients and it's just a hell of a lot easier, and more impressive,
than just lighting the chartreuse before pouring the baileys and the blue
curaco in.
and the trail of fire from the sambuca looks fucking great.

rich, bartender @ lime, manchester, england (just finished work and quite
drunk off flaming lambourghinis, funnily enough!)
