No, they wouldn't, Nocino is an after dinner "bitter" (or amaro, in italian) 
liqueur and it tastes more like "Fernet Branca" or "Unicum" rather than 
"Frangelico", it should be drank neat or on the rocks,and is not famous for 
it's "mixability".
My suggestion is : try it straight from the freezer....
