I got hired at an upscale restaurant here in town after a month of sticking my
nose around almost every establishment here! (So to those looking keep you
head up)
I basically got hired as a bartender but they will eventually move me to
waiting tables, as you make more money doing that at this particular
restaurant from what the manager told me.
The thing is they have an extensive wine list and my background is bartending
at dance clubs, so I have literally zero experience with wine, haven't even
ever openned a bottle.
Are there any sites I could go to that would help at least get me headed in
the right direction? I start training Friday!
