No one said this but just in case...cold cold cold!  Temp and the shaking 
motion will seal the cone and glass. So much so you have to "crack" the shaker 
on a hard surface.  Its pretty easy now, but the first few times I used one I 
spilled everything all over myself.  The more vigorously (i think thats a 
word) you shake it, the tighter seal you'll get...so long as its cold enough.
