Don,
Usually adding pressure will create more foam. It's been years since I've
had to work on a system. My preveyors provied cleaning. If memory serves me
correctly the formula for draft beer pressure is: 7 lbs. of pressure for the
head, and 1 lb. of pressure for every foot of 3/8 inch horizontal tubing,
twice that for every foot of vertical climb.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
