Subject: Drink Tuits
From: Hargman

I would like any opinions on drink tuits. For those who don't know these are
small plastic or wooden disks used to represent a drink that has been
purchased. The bar that I work for is thinking about using these but we are
unsure about how to keep track of them. I don't think you can really keep a
good inventory on them, but if anyone has a system that works at your bar
please let me know. I think that our bar would make $ using these, but like
always the bartenders would have to be trusted not to give them away for free.
Any info on tuits would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Hargman

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
