If I knew, I would help. Perhaps the following ideas will help:

Add some Dooley's Toffee Liqueur to a bottle of vodka.

Otherwise, place some toffee in your vodka, leave the bottle standing upright 
for a few days, and then carefully decant the vodka (leaving the toffee mess 
at the bottom of the bottle) and filter it.
