The purpose of the well (or speedrack) is to make pouring liquors a swift and 
easy job for the bartender. The brands contained therein are the "house" 
brands, which are the standard liquors used when the customer doesn't specify 
a certain brand. Often these are most inexpensive brands available, in order 
to maximize the bar's profits.
