If it is a job you are looking for, then you might have to go the waitress 
route.  More of those out there, a lot don't look for experience because they 
think you will be easier to push around than someone who has a lot of 
experience.  As many app's as possible, tell them that you are willing to go 
to bartending school if needed to and what their policy is.  Some use 
bartending as a promtional tool, so get your foot in the door, maybe hunt 
around and see what would happen if you were a waitress with bartending 
education.  You know, as a "what if.." scenario... some will fall for it and 
answer sooner than they want to...
Unless you ask Alx_ZandR and then you need to know what you are doing before 
you wlak in and ask questions... sorry couldn't resist...
