Good luck being hired straight on as a bartender at an Applebees. They
usually use the position as a promotion tool for the wait staff. So if there
are others ahead of you, you have to wait. Put in as many app's as possible.
(But, if you do happen to get hired as a bartender, then what the hell, it's
not bad experience.)
