The first thing I would worry about is if it is popular.  Depending upon the 
ratios, sounds good.  Is it something you have made up for personal/party 
consumption, or is it being served in a bar?
Last, I've given up judging drinks after I have seen what some people drink.  
They love it, but it turns my stomach.  So to each his/her own!

Oh by the way, find the ROMULAN ale and tell me what you think, I'm thinking 
of serving it soon....
