Experience isn't always what you think it is. Getting the first interview
with the right person is. There are too many "wannabe's" out there that do
the interviewing. We call them trolls, gaurding the bridge to a job. But if
you get the right person, realize what troubles he/she has gone through.
Untrustworthy staff, lazy workers, just get by workers, etc., etc. Take a
guess at what he/she is trying to find? A diamond in the rough. A confident
person that looks people in the eye, pays attention, shows respect and gives
that person a feeling of confidence. Confidence that if you were hiredm you
could probably be left alone from time to time because you could handle it!
Getting hired is one of my specialties. I have been on both sides of that
fence. As long as I had an interview with the correct person (not a troll),
then I could get the job based upon the interview and how I handled questions.
Email me back if this helps or if you have questions.
