Subject: Bartending Schools in the UK
From: ADAM

Bartending Schools are becoming ever more popular in the UK, our courses are
all booked here at Shaker Bartending. But when I was a keen bartender there
was nothing there to even show me the basics of customer service, product
knowledge, mixology, flair and so on.

Our aim with the courses we provide is to give bartenders and managers a solid
foundation to then work on, which was not available before. Every student
that has attended our school goes away MOTIVATED to provide their customer
with that little extra touch of service quality. Professionalism in the UK is
very much behind America in alot of ways and the training courses we provide
are almost necessary for our bar-culture to progress.

Let me know your thoughts guys, as the US have been doing this for alot longer
then your on the pond patriots.

We also have people travelling from as far as America and Australia, which I
find crazy when there are literally hundreds in America, wierd.

cheers
