There are a 3 reasons it might reflect badly on your resume.

1. If the club has a bad reputation in your area.

2. If you plan to take a job at a later time outside of the service industry
and include that on your resume.

3. If you are being interviewed by someone who finds those types of clubs
objectionable.

-- Now speaking from the perspective of someone who does hiring, I would not
think twice about hiring someone from a gentlemean's club. It is a business,
just the same as any restaurant or bar. And if you are working behind the
bar, it is still bar experience no different than any other. In fact I think
a gentleman's club would give a prospective employee the added benefit of
knowing how to deal with an unruly or out of hand clientelefrom time to time
and could be a benefit.
