This is all the information on the Peanut Butter Martini.

Desserts complement after-dinner drinks, according to many operators.
Customers at Vallone’s share both. Knowing that the peanut butter martini is
made with soft-serve, fat-free yogurt, mixed with peanut butter, vodka and
chocolate-flavored liqueur, assuages some guilt. Food costs (between $2 to $3)
makes the bean-counters happy, according to owner Joey Vallone.

With Vallone's arrival came some of his Dallas specialties. One new offering
is a Peanut Butter Martini concocted with vodka and non-fat peanut butter
yogurt topped off with shaved chocolate.

Peanut Butter Martini
Vanilla ice cream or frozen vanilla yogurt 1 scoop
Creamy peanut butter 1 tsp.
Chocolate liqueur 3/4 oz.
Vodka
