As far as the Remy Red goes; this was taken from the Remy Martin website:

A deep brillant red is the hallmark of Rémy Red.
Red currants dominate, with a tanginess to heighten
the sweetness of the peaches that grow in the vines,
the velvety flavour of Apricots and the rich depth of the
cognac. A depth which delicately reveals the characteristic
aromas of Fine Champagne cognac, made form the best
crus : Grande and Petite Champagne.

Hope this helps.
