I apologize for not answering sooner when I ask you to post your specific
questions.

> What are some of the laws for serving alchohol?

They are different from state to state say wher you are and ll'll send you a
link with your state laws

> What are some of the ways you deal with someone drunk or being a
> jerk?

depends on if they came in drunk or I got them that way. If they come in
drunk then you tell them to leave. If they end up drunk because you served ,cut
them off offer them water, give them OJ with b12 in it,you make sure they get
home safely. As for being a jerk, just smile and tolerate it unless they are
annoying the other clients then you ask them to change their behaviour or leave

> How do you take a large drink order?

listen carefully, ask questions(how would you like that, any particular type of
gin ect.)

> How did you get started in bartending?

I was in a bar when the next shift batrtender called to say they couldn't make
it and the owner asked if I wanted to fill in.

>What were your starting wages?

THat was 23 years ago in in New Orleans and the standard wage in a bar there
was $25 a shift,cash

 >How much did/do you make in tips per night?

None of your business
